Move in Cost

Our standard move in cost includes:                                 1 week rent in advance
1 week letting fee plus GST
4 weeks bond

Complete payment is required before you move into the property.

Tenancy Application

To apply for a property, please fill in our online tenancy application form when you click on the apply now button.

Once we have checked your references and completed a credit check, your application will be presented to the owner.. We will aim to inform you of the owner's decision once it has been made . To speed up the application process, you can arrange written references ahead of time and include them in the application form.

Once your tenancy application is accepted, we will arrange for the tenancy agreement to be signed and will require you to pay your total move in cost.
