You have advised us that you are prepared to go as a guarantor for the tenancy of:

It is important that you understand that going as a guarantor will place some obligations on you in terms of the tenancy.

What does it mean to be a Guarantor?

By being a guarantor you are effectively guaranteeing that all payments due by a tenant in a tenancy will be made by you if the tenant defaults on payment. Essentially you would become liable for the tenants enforceable debts if they do not pay them.

If you have any questions or concerns about this you should discuss it with the property manager before signing the tenancy agreement and guarantor agreement.

Should the tenancy go ahead you will need to sign the tenancy agreement (as a guarantor and not tenant) and also sign a guarantor agreement. You will be provided with a copy of these documents for your reference when the time comes for signing.

In order for you to be approved as a guarantor we need for you to provide the following information so we can complete the required documentation.
