- Initial Consultation – We will meet you to discuss how to get your property in shape for rental. Topics we may bring include insulation, garden maintenance, cleaning services and any immediate repair items.
- Advertising and Marketing – We will give you a valued assessment of your house after your property has been prepped for rental. We will then start advertising your property based on the agreed rental price.
- Management Authority – This form contains all the information we require such as the chattel list, location of your power and water metre, and other details that are unique to your property. Subsequently, we will pass you a client portal.
- Tenants Screening – All applicants will go through a credit and background check, and we will only offer your property to the tenant once you are happy with the selection.
- Property Inspection & Rental Income – Rental income will be disbursed to your nominal bank account, and we will perform a routine inspection every three months to ensure that your property stays in good condition.
- Zero Tolerance Policy – We uphold a zero tolerance towards water and rental arrears. In the event where we need to engage a debt collection agency, Kingdom Home will help you manage the whole process; giving you peace of mind.
